In 2004 Superlum released a new "MINIBUT" SLD series for minimizing the size of fiberoptic sensor systems. SLD module in miniBUT package is an ideal light source for applications where both minimum size and high operation temperature are required. Series consists of uncooled modules "MINIBUT" and cooled modules "MINICOOLBUT". Maximum operation temperature is +85 °C with possibility of increasing up to +105 °C.
