are delivered with RS-232 remote control capability. Superlum offers companion
software to operate your S-Series Broadlighter remotely from your PC/laptop.

Product description |

|
S-series Broadlighters are high-power, high-stability,
low-coherence, broadband wall-plug ready SLD light sources. They are based
on powerful HP-rated superluminescent diode modules of Superlum. Appropriate
polarization-insensitive fiberoptic isolator protects SLD from damage
by optical feedback in most powerful sources. All light sources have two
operation modes: full power mode and low power mode for safe alignment
of optical components and circuits. Devices are developed for optical
test and measurement applications including:
- Optical coherence tomography.
- Characterization of optical components.
- Optical fiber metrology.
- Optical measurements.
