Superlum introduces a new family of products, fiber-coupled Semiconductor Optical Gain and Amplifier modules:

Broadband gain modules based on double path SLD gain chips (similar to AR/HR coated laser diode gain chips).
Traveling wave amplifier modules.


	Broadband Gain Modules.
	SOA-371. Gain modules at 810 – 880 nm for external cavity/tunable lasers. SOA-481. Gain modules at 930 – 990 nm for external cavity/tunable lasers. SOA-521. Gain modules at 960 – 1080 nm for external cavity/tunable lasers.


	Traveling Wave Amplifier (TWA) Modules.
	SOA-382-800. TWA at 800 nm with a gain bandwidth of 20 nm. SOA-372-850. Broadband TWA at 850 nm with a gain bandwidth of 40 nm. SOA-382-870. TWA at 870 nm with a gain bandwidth of 20 nm. SOA-522-1060. Broadband TWA at 1060 nm with a gain bandwidth of 50 nm. SOA-532-1060. High-gain TWA at 1060 nm with a 30-dB fiber-to-fiber gain. TWAs at 930 – 980 nm. Contact us for more details.
