T-series and Q-series Broadlighters
|

Superlum T- and Q-series Broadlighters are extremely broadband, very low coherence AC powered benchtop light sources based on
three (T-series) and four (Q-series) fiber coupled superluminescent diode modules with slightly shifted central wavelengths combined by
appropriate broadband single-mode fiber couplers. The design of SLD module controllers ensures excellent operation stability of the light sources.
The devices are developed for optical test and measurement applications including:
- Optical coherence tomography
- Characterization of optical components
- Optical fiber metrology
- Optical measurements
The following T- and Q-series Broadlighters are commercially
available (since April 2011, model T-860-HP has replaced T-840-HP):
